With both live check-ins via skype or phone calls, and email check-ins, we make sure what we are doing is working. Also, you can message me with whatever you need. This is not some cookie cutter program that spits out your macros and the 5 best ab workouts found on the internet. We work with what is working for you and adjust what is not, as necessary.
